Payment & dispatch

Zelle · Confirmed batch total up to $2,500: Payments typically arrive within minutes. After we verify receipt, we arrange dispatch immediately, subject to stock availability and shipping operating hours.

ACH bank transfer: Expected arrival is the next business day; bank processing or review may take longer. Once HKSNG confirms and accepts your order, we arrange dispatch before payment clears. Tracking numbers are released after funds are received and verified.

The $2,500 amount is HKSNG’s Zelle payment policy, not a guarantee of your bank’s transfer limit. Check your bank’s sending limit. Actual receipt of funds determines payment confirmation.
